You should be present here during the summer festival. This tour includes Manali, also known as the ‘Valley of the Gods’. There is a legend attached that the sage Manu disembarked of his ark in Manali after the deluge, to recreate human life. Manali gets its name from the sage Manu. Trout and apple trees have been introduced to this place by the British. And till date, plum and pear along with the apple is the source of income for most of the inhabitants.
