#1 Day

Arrive Cochin, India

You will arrive today at Cochin International Airport. Following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, Footsteps to India representative will meet you as you EXIT the ARRIVALS TERMINAL building after which you would be transferred to your hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be accorded with a Traditional Welcome. After the welcoming ceremony proceed to check-in to your rooms. Overnight in Cochin

#2 Day


Today, you will take a city tour of Cochin. Visit Dutch Palace (Closed on Fridays and Jewish Holidays), also known as Mattancherry Palace built by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Cochin in 16th Century AD. You will also visit the Jewish Synagogue (Closed on Fridays & Saturdays and Jewish Holidays), Built in late 16th century, the Great Scrolls of the Old Testament, the copper plates in which the grants of privilege made by the Cochin rulers were recorded and the exquisite Chinese hand-painted tiles are of interest Later, visit the Chinese Fishing Nets, line the sea-front and exhibit a mechanical method of catching fish by local fishermen in Fort Kochi. You will also visit the St. Francis Church which was originally built by the Portuguese in 15th century and is believed to be the oldest church built by the Europeans in India. It is here the remains of the inveterate traveller, Vasco da Gamma were initially buried and 14 years later, his mortal remains were taken to Portugal. Overnight in Cochin

#3 Day

Cochin – Munnar (130 KM / 04 HOUR)

After buffet breakfast at the hotel you would be driven from Cochin to Munnar. On arrival proceed for check-in at hotel. Munnar is the nature-lover’s paradise. Snuggling in the green and serene Kannan Devan Hills lies the quite and restful resort of Munnar. Panoramic views of low-flying clouds and mist filled valleys make it a pretty little heaven with a cool bracing climate. Evening you can go for a stroll in Tea Estates or explore Munnar on your own. Today, day will be at leisure to explore this beautiful town of Kerala. Overnight in Munnar

#5 Day

Munnar – Thekkady (120 KM / 04 HOUR)

After early breakfast at the hotel you would be driven from Munnar to Thekkady, which is also known as Periyar. Upon arrival proceed to check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for the Guided Nature Walk around the Periyar National Park to view the flora & fauna of the park. Situated within the confines of the Western Ghats in the southern Indian state of Kerala, Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve is one of the most captivating wildlife parks in the world. The park has a picturesque lake at the heart of the sanctuary. You might get a chance to see Herds of elephant and sambar, gaur and wild pigs and wander down to the lakeside during this walk. Return to the hotel after the Nature Walk. Overnight at Thekkady

#6 Day

Thekkady – Alleppey (150 KM / 04 HOUR)

After breakfast, you will drive to Alleppey to embark for an overnight cruise of back waters on a converted Kettuvalam or traditional rice barge. Get a glimpse of life on water’s edge, this backwater journey through the narrow canals crossing exquisite villages of Kerala, embellished with lush green paddy fields, tall coconut grooves makes it a most spellbinding site. All meals will be prepared by your personal chef onboard. Overnight stay onboard the houseboat.

#7 Day

Alleppey – Kovalam (170 KM / 04 HOUR)

Today morning disembark from the houseboat & drive to the Kovalam. Kovalam is a beach town by the Arabian Sea in Thiruvananthapuram city, Kerala, India, located around 16 km from the city center. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, rest of the day at free for independent activities. Overnight in Kovalam

Depart Kovalam

PPost breakfast; transfer you to Trivandrum’s International airport to board your flight for back home.
